Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to our established system by guiding and assisting our 5-6 person job management team.
• Coordinate with field technicians to review their completed paperwork, understand the work completed, and gather essential information for daily task assignment.
• Conduct in-person meetings with technicians to ask a series of job-related questions, extracting details for task prioritization and creating/managing a comprehensive to-do list.
• Distribute tasks among office staff based on individual skill levels and workload.
• Oversee the completion of action items derived from important emails and ensure their timely execution.
• Facilitate effective communication with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and provide updates as necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in office setting management / team leader (minimum of 4 people under your leadership) or a similar role is essential (2 years minimum).
• Familiarity with the agricultural industry, specifically water pumps and/or irrigation systems, is not required, but would be beneficial.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is not required, but preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with office staff, field technicians and customers.
• Problem-solving abilities to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with composure.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of email systems, spreadsheets, and office software.
